Our Commitment At PetShop Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Eligible Issues for Refund or Replacement We accept refund or replacement requests for the following:

  • Damaged or defective items upon arrival
  • Wrong item received
  • Item not received (lost in transit)

Non-Eligible Issues The following are generally not covered:

  • Change of mind or accidental orders
  • Items that have been used or tampered with
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact us at help@petshopcare.com within 30 days of your delivery date
  2. Include your order number and clear photos/video of the issue
  3. We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days

Resolution Options Depending on the issue, we will offer:

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method, or
  • A free replacement shipped to you

Return Shipping In most cases, you are not required to return the item. We will advise you if a return is necessary.

Processing Time Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
